WHAT IS THE SFHJA CHARITY HORSE SHOW?
South Florida Hunter Jumper AssociationA Little About Us....
The South Florida Hunter Jumper Association was originally named FHJA and founded in 1959. The first trophy was awarded over 51 years ago in 1958, The Christopher Wadsworth Memorial Trophy. “To be awarded to the junior rider who has shown the most improvement... whose manner, punctuality, and attitude... enable to accept defeat as graciously as victory.” The list of winners read like a who’s who of local and national stars. Today SFHJA awards close to 50 year-end trophies for all levels. There are 15 Charity Show Trophies and 4 Medal Finals. Needless to say we have grown. The show takes place at the beautiful Palm Beach International Equestrian Center located at : 14440 Pierson Rd, Wellington, FL 33414-7673 |
